Economic development and job creation have been at the heart of NDC's work for more than thirty-five years. Working with government at all levels - local, state and national - as well as non-profit community development organizations, NDC has provided technical assistance and training to foster increased investment and job creation in both urban and rural areas across the U.S. Through our own finance and development entities we have successfully sponsored, financed and developed commercial and industrial development projects in downtowns and neighborhoods, public and community facilities and small businesses.
Our staff of former bankers, developers, entrepreneurs, community and economic development officials and government agency lenders understands the needs and concerns of both the private and public sectors. Through our Technical Assistance service, we help our client communities bridge the differences.
